These 5 centavo
proofs in gem with a touch of pastel blue or pink are mmmmh, exquisite.
The 1905 is by far the hardest to find with good eye appeal. he mintage is only 13 coins less
than the 1906 and 1908. The pop reports are approximately the same. But the 1906 and 1908 comes oozing with eye appeal. So does the ‘03.
The 1904’s with gorgeous eye appeal are harder, and the 1905’s are really tough to find. Oh the
grades are there; but they're technical grades and the eye appeal isn't there.
For what it's worth, a cameo 5 centavo would be worth a major premium. But I've never seen one.
