The US Philippines Twenty Centavo Business Strikes           The twenty centavos is another killer series.  A friend who has been collecting the US-Philippines for the past 12 years recently sent us a want list for the twenty centavos in any unc to 64.  There were at the least, more than a dozen holes on it, which means that after 12 years of collecting, he was able to nail down only half of the twenty centavos in unc.           The 1903-S, the famous 1909-S, and the 1915-S are the three stopper dates.  There’s an interesting variety on the 1916-S when one of the dies was apparently struck with the 6 at a seven degree shift from the regular 6.  It’s interesting, but adds only a modest amount of extra value.
